1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and luck91 ("luck91", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luck91 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://luck91.club and any associated mobile or web applications.

luck91 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method following verification, subject to any applicable compliance holds.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of luck91 services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on luck91. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck91 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. luck91 will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as activity carried out by you.
• Identity Verification (KYC): luck91 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• Account Security: You must notify luck91 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. luck91 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

luck91 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on luck91 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and domestic bank transfer. The following conditions govern all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. luck91 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to an account that has not completed KYC will be held pending verification. luck91 will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete verification.
• Processing Times: luck91 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to compliance review requirements.
• Transaction Fees: luck91 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in PKR. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which luck91 accepts no responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions are subject to luck91's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. luck91 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction as part of its licensing compliance obligations.

luck91 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

luck91 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms published alongside a given offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. luck91 reserves the right to withhold bonuses where abuse of promotional offers is suspected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. luck91 reserves the right to restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility at any time. Bonuses are not available to players registered under self-exclusion.

6 Gameplay Rules

• All game outcomes on luck91 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently tested and audited for fairness. luck91 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, luck91's recorded server data will be used as the authoritative source to determine the outcome of the affected round. luck91 will not be liable for losses arising from client-side technical issues.

• luck91 reserves the right to void any game round where there is evidence of a software error that materially affected the game outcome, and to refund the wager amount to the player's account.

7 Sports Betting

The following terms apply specifically to sports betting on luck91, including cricket betting, PSL markets, UFC, and all other sports markets available on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is accepted and binding only when a confirmation message and unique bet reference number is displayed to the player following placement. luck91 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement may differ from odds at the time of settlement if in-play markets move between placement and confirmation. The odds at time of confirmed acceptance are the binding odds.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incomplete events, obvious pricing errors, or where the integrity of the event is found to have been compromised. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
• Match Integrity: luck91 does not accept wagers placed with the intention of exploiting insider information or corrupting the outcome of a sporting event. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently suspended and relevant authorities notified where required by law.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at luck91's discretion. Wagers placed before a suspension is applied will stand; wagers attempted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event and per player apply to all sports betting markets. These limits are available in the sportsbook terms section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck91 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including but not limited to automated wagering, data scraping, or circumventing security measures.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, on luck91.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Chargebacks or false dispute claims filed against luck91 transactions with a bank or payment provider. Any player initiating a fraudulent chargeback will have their account suspended and the full chargeback amount recovered from any pending balance.
• Providing false information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your luck91 account on your behalf.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck91's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's luck91 account at the time the claim arises.

luck91 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the luck91 platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside luck91's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Technical malfunctions on your own device or network that affect your ability to access or use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luck91's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13 Termination

luck91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose luck91 to regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds. luck91 is not obliged to return balances where closure results from a material breach of these Terms by the player.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting luck91 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and pending wagers will be settled normally before the account is closed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

luck91 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, luck91 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, on-site notification, or both, prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the current version came into effect. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck91's international gaming license is issued. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute between you and luck91 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through luck91's internal customer support process. Disputes should be submitted in writing to luck91 support, with full details of the issue and any supporting evidence. luck91 will acknowledge receipt and provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified in luck91's licensing framework. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
